Alexander & Associates, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Sean Alexander, Ph.D., an internationally renowned authority in executive, management and team development and has served as a senior corporate consultant to many of the world’s largest Fortune 500 corporations.

Sean operates from an experience-based perspective and utilizing this philosophy in all of his client partnerships. He believes it is vital to treat his clients with dignity and respect in every aspect of the client relationship.

Sean has been trusted by some of the world’s largest companies, including IBM, Barnett Bank, Burger King Corporation, Southeast Toyota, Wachovia Bank, Puerto Rico Telephone Company, and American Express, in their strategic and organizational development needs. His background in design, development and implementation in the areas of leadership, sales & marketing, customer service and information technology combined with high-performance consulting, business operations and change management equips Sean to understand fully his individual and corporate clients and assess their current strengths, identify challenge areas and move into a solution quickly and decisively.

Sean graduated Cum Laude in obtaining his Master’s degree from Northbridge University. He is a distinguished Board Supervisor of the National Christian Counselors Association and National Board of Christian Clinical Therapist, and his post-graduate work has included research and study in the fields of Christian psychology and business. He is also a member of the International Association of Coaches, National Speakers Association, and Society for Human Resource Management and American Society for Training and Development.

Jenílson Brito Rodrigues, mais conhecido por Mão, é um jogador brasileiro de futebol de areia. Atua como goleiro.

Mão teve a sua estreia na seleção brasileira de futebol de areia em 2004. Nessa altura, o goleiro titular era Pierre, também ele um excelente goleiro. No entanto, Mão costumava entrar em alguns jogos, ajudando o Brasil a conquistar vários torneios. Em 2006, Mão começou a impor-se, e alcançou a titularidade no gol brasileira. Em 2007, com a saída de Pierre, Mão ficou rei e senhor das redes Canarinhas, cargo que tem vindo a ocupar até à atualidade.

Durante este tempo, Mão tem vindo a conquistar inúmeros troféus com a seleção brasileira, e conquistou alguns prémios de melhor goleiro.

José Wilker de Almeida

José Wilker começou a carreira como locutor de rádio no Ceará, onde nasceu, e se mudou para o Rio de Janeiro aos dezenove anos.

Seu primeiro filme foi em 1965, A falecida. Em 1979 esteve no elenco do filme Bye Bye Brasil e em 1985, no elenco de O Homem da Capa Preta.

Estreou nas telenovelas em 1973, em Bandeira 2, de Dias Gomes, na TV Globo. Fez muito sucesso com a novela Roque Santeiro na qual deu vida o protagonista Roque Santeiro junto com Regina Duarte. Entre 1997 e 2002, dirigiu boa parte dos episódios do Sai de Baixo, além de ter participado de um dos episódios do programa, em 1997.

Entre seus papéis mais marcantes no cinema estão Tiradentes, no filme Os Inconfidentes, de 1972; Vadinho, do recorde de bilheteria nos cinemas Dona Flor e Seus Dois Maridos, de 1976; o político Tenório Cavalcanti de O Homem da Capa Preta, de 1986 e Antônio Conselheiro, de Guerra de Canudos, de 1997. Na minissérie JK, interpretou Juscelino Kubitschek mais velho, quando presidente da república. Filme O bem Amado exibido no 14th Brazilian Festival of Miami em 2010.

Amante de cinema, tem aproximadamente quatro mil fitas em casa. Mostrou ao público essa faceta assinando uma coluna semanal sobre o assunto no Jornal do Brasil e fazendo comentários de filmes nos canais de televisão por assinatura Telecine da Globosat. É também comentarista oficial da transmissão da premiação do Oscar da Rede Globo.

Wilker é descendente de neerlandeses (“holandeses”). O primeiro casamento de José Wilker foi com a psicológa Elza Maria Barros da Rocha Pinto, professora do Instituto de Psicologia da UFRJ. De todas as relações que manteve com as mulheres de sua vida, esta foi a mais duradoura, pois permaneceu nela por doze anos. Depois deste casamento, José Wilker teve duas filhas: Mariana, com a atriz Renée de Vielmond, e Isabel, com a atriz Mônica Torres.

Two-time Emmy award-winning journalist and Gulf War fighter pilot Willard Shepard joined the NBC 6 staff as an anchor and reporter in March 1994.  He has anchored the NBC 6 news at 5:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m. and weekend editions and he specializes in military and aviation issues. 

Shepard uses his unique insight to guide viewers through the world’s military conflicts and terrorist actions. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, his military background brought a detailed perspective on the battlefront and the current operation to re-build and secure Iraq.  He has also covered the military conflicts in Afghanistan, Bosnia, Kosovo, and other operations in the Middle East. 

Since September 11, 2001 Shepard has closely examined the war on terrorism and its effect on America. His work detailing anti-terror efforts underwater to protect ports and cruise ships earned him an Emmy recently. In addition to his military expertise, Shepard also focuses on aviation.

Shepard came to WTVJ from CBS affiliate WJW-TV in Cleveland, Ohio, where he anchored the morning news and was a special projects reporter. He received an Emmy Award for his news series “The State of Black Cleveland.” He has also been honored for his reporting by the Associated Press, United Press International and the Aviation and Space Writers Association.

In addition to his commitment to news, Shepard is a Lt. Colonel in the United States Air Force Reserve.  His A-10 squadron was the first Air Force Reserve Fighter unit ever to go into combat. During the Gulf War, Shepard flew 52 combat sorties over Iraq and Kuwait. He was awarded six Air Medals for his support of Coalition Army Ground Forces. Shepard has also flown missions over Bosnia for NATO. He is the first Air Force pilot to fly the advanced Soviet Mig-29 fighter. His is an air officer who evaluates military programs at US Southern Command and assists high school students in obtaining ROTC scholarships and appointments to the USAF Academy.

Shepard is actively involved in the community. He currently works with the Miami-Dade County School Board’s “5,000 Role Models” program, teaching middle and high school students the values they need to succeed.

Shepard graduated cum laude from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a Bachelors Degree in Communications and Theater.  He is a distinguished graduate of the U.S. Air Force Officer Training School in San Antonio, Texas.   In 1992, Shepard was a finalist for the prestigious White House Fellowship program.
