Taraneh Escobar was born in Teheran, Iran, and studied fashion design in France and in Colombia, focusing on intimate apparel, girdles, sleepwear and bathing suit designs.

Her most recognized piece is the surgical girdle lined with cotton, a softer alternative to the surgical girdles used by burn patients, helping calm the pain more effectively. The girdle also helps patients lose weight, in some cases up to 8 sizes.

As demand for the girdle increased, Tara moved to Florida in 2000, where she now sells her products to cosmetic surgeons in Broward and Dade counties.

She further expanded her career into postoperative massages and lymphatic drainage studies, obtaining a massage therapist and esthetician certification and opening a spa where she offers more than a dozen therapeutical services including electrical acupuncture, natural healings with herbs, IPL -a new system for permanent hair removal-, radiofrequency –used to rejuvenate the skin-, aqua chi, ETPS, pressure therapy, tech gym, thermotherapy, microdermabrasion, manicures, and permanent makeup.

Tara is fully certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in the United States.

Her spa remains a family business: her husband Edgar handles the administrative part of the business, her daughter Edith is an esthetician and manicurist and is  presently studying to be a nutritionist, and her son Shahin is the creative collaborator.

Tara’s  goal is to continue helping and serving the people.

Taraneh Escobar nació en Teherán, Irán, y estudió diseño de moda en Francia y en Colombia, concentrándose en diseño de ropa interior, fajas, ropa de dormir y trajes de baño.

Su diseño más reconocido es la faja quirúrgica forrada en algodón, una suave alternativa a la faja quirúrgica usadas para los pacientes de quemaduras que ayuda a calmar el dolor de manera más eficaz. La cinta también ayuda a perder peso, en algunos casos hasta 8 talles.

Tara se mudó a Florida en el 2000 respondiendo a la demanda por la faja,  y ahora vende sus productos a cirujanos plasticos en los condados de Broward y Dade.

En los Estados Unidos, Tara expandió su estudios en las áreas de masajes de drenaje linfático y terapia posquirúrgica, obteniendo certificación de terapeuta y esteticista y abriendo un spa donde ofrece servicios terapéuticos como la acupuntura eléctrica, curaciones naturales con hierbas, IPL-un nuevo sistema para la eliminación del cabello permanentemente-, radiofrecuencia para rejuvenecer la piel, aqua-chi, PTE, presoterapia, gimnasia de alta tecnología, termoterapia, microdermabrasión, manicure y maquillaje permanente.

Tara esta completamente certificada por la National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork de los Estados Unidos.

Su spa trabaja como negocio familiar: su esposo Edgar maneja la parte administrativa, su hija Edith es una esteticista y manicura, Edith está actualmente estudiando para ser especialista en nutición ,su hijo Shahin es el colaborador creativo.

El objetivo de Tara es seguir ayudando y sirviendo a la gente.
