Andréa Viana Beltrão, commonly known as Andréa Beltrão  born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil , is a Brazilian actress, better known as Marilda in the Brazilian TV series A Grande Família.

Boca Raton, FL – 14th Brazilian Film Festival of Miami  homenageará  nesta quarta- feira dia 18 de agosto de 2010 a atriz Andrea Beltrão.

Beltrão iniciou  carreira no Teatro Tablado, fundado por Maria Clara Machado, onde estreou interpretando o personagem João Grilo, da peça O Auto da Compadecida, de Ariano Suassuna.

Na década de 80, integrou diversos grupos teatrais, entre eles o Arco da Velha, em que realizou trabalhos em orfanatos e hospitais infantis, o Manhas e Manias, que recebeu ao todo 13 prêmios por seus espetáculos infantis, e o Manhas de Cabaré, que promoveu a reforma do teatro Gláucio Gil com espetáculos de dança, música e cursos de teatro.

Recebeu o Prêmio Shell de melhor atriz pela peça A Prova (2002), dirigida por Aderbal Freire Filho. Em junho de 2005, junto com a amiga Marieta Severo, inaugurou o Teatro Poeira, em Botafogo, na Zona Sul do Rio. Em 2008, ganhou novamente o prêmio de melhor atriz, desta vez por sua atuação, ao lado de Marieta Severo, na peça As Centenárias, de Newton Moreno.

The Karate Kid is an upcoming 2010 martial arts film remake of the 1984 film of the same name. Directed by Harald Zwart, the remake stars Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith. Principal photography for the film took place in Beijing, China; filming began around July 2009 and ended on October 16, 2009. The Karate Kid will be released theatrically in the United States on June 11, 2010.
